Warranty

• The digital photo frame that you purchased is under the manufacturers warranty.  It will need to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.  The manufacturer return information will be included in the product box.

Shipping and Handling                             

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. In case the product you selected is on backorder, you will receive notification and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute the backordered item for another item or cancel the order.

• All orders go through an address verification system in order to protect our customers and the company against fraud. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are suspected of being under fraudulent activity.  

Return Policy

• Returns will be allowed within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise, with prior authorization and a return authorization number issued by the Returns Department.
  

• All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of authorization, freight prepaid. Customer is responsible for all freight charges.

• Returns will only be accepted with products in original manufacturer box and packing materials and original blank warranty cards.

• No returns on special orders. Returned merchandise will be credited to your account or replaced after inspection and approval.  Please allow 20 days from receipt of your return for your credit or replacement.

• Any shortages or damages must be reported within 5 days and original cartons saved. Returns other than defects or damages may be subject to a 15% ($5 min.) restocking charge. 

• Ship all returns using a traceable shipping method and place inside another shipping box.  

• Please DO NOT put any courier labels on the manufacturer's merchandise packaging.  Doing so requires Frame It Digital to pay for replacement packaging.  Therefore, additional fees will be charged under these circumstances.
